Our Story

Our Cohesion Creative team was brought together by our passion for creating beautiful, distinctive events.

We offer full-service event and conference planning, marketing solutions and creative design. We are a boutique agency which allows us to provide a truly personalised service.

We are a team of three dynamic individuals, Annette Suann, Brooke Leonhardt and Tamara Kilian, who love to create, innovate and curate.

Our professional careers span more than 30 years in event coordination, styling, project management, interior design, marketing, public relations, relationship management and communications. 

Our Events

From concept to creation we specialise in high-quality, unique events and conferences, such as weddings, corporate functions, special celebrations or proposals, tailored to our clients’ desires. We are known for our attention to detail and flawless execution.

We understand that every client is different and has individual needs, and we are committed to taking the time to get to know you.

Our event experience includes planning, styling and implementing events such as weddings, charity galas, long table luncheons, high teas, engagement events, birthday parties, anniversaries, large-scale cocktail events, corporate sundowners and dinners, conferences, markets and community fun runs.

In addition to our team, we have developed partnerships with a number of vendors and specialist suppliers who we can work alongside to bring your event vision to life.

Our Marketing

Marketing can often be left on the back burner or thrown together on an ad-hoc basis due to time constraints, lack of resources and expertise.

We have developed a framework to work with businesses to develop the most effective marketing strategy tailored to each organisation's goals and values.  We work with your team to empower them to manage and implement the marketing plan with confidence.

We also offer services for those who would like us to manage their marketing and social media on an ongoing basis.
